The mobile app seamlessly handles customer management, appointment scheduling, billing, and income tracking, freeing up valuable time for professionals to concentrate on their clients.

The goal was to design a simple and user-friendly solution for easy use and implementation.

All the screens were carefully crafted, covering all corner cases and various interface states.

Dashboard

The home screen provides trainers and educators access to the most important information at their fingertips. It displays key business metrics, payment reminders, and current information for each day, such as scheduled lessons.

Clients

A place where users can view a list of their clients and gather high-level information about their subscription status. This serves as the entry point for accessing detailed client information.

Client profile

Dedicated space for each client allows tutors to access detailed information, including current and past subscriptions, classes, payment statuses, and payment history.

New subscription

Subscription creation is a breeze – just fill in a few basic fields within a separate form, and it's time to book the first class.

One class

Date, time, price, and payment status for each class can be individually edited on a separate form. Additionally, there is a section for comments to note important information or track progress.

Testing

Special attention was given to designing various paywall options for testing. Collaborating with the client, we went through multiple iterations and identified the most effective one.

UI kit. As is standard, the design outcome was complemented with a UI kit to assist developers in efficiently delivering new features and maintaining existing ones.

Outcomes

The design played a significant role in business outcomes, with the app demonstrating positive results.
